This is my small and medium sized dragonfly sculpture. The small measures out to be a 15 inch wingspan. While the medium is a 20 inch wingspan. I also make one that measures to a 26 inch wingspan that you might have seen at the show last year that can be ordered. They are all made with cut and kiln formed dichroic glass eyes. The wings are made from clear based dichroic glass that is cut and fired in the kiln to bring out its best colours. They both reflect and transmit colour that will shift and change depending on light. The body is sheet copper made over a skeleton frame. Copper legs tapered down and thena black patina finish.
