20” x 20” x ¾”. A complimentary mix of glass mosaic and acrylic painting. The clear glass magnifies the design and colors underneath. This piece gives a feel of a lush jungle garden with a peaceful flow of water moving through it. Made on birch wood, stained, framed with a wire hanger on the back.
This art piece is a one-of-a-kind and my newest work. I’ve always incorporated acrylic painting under my mosaic glass and over the past year I’ve been playing with the combination. I first design the size and shape I want to work on. For this, I thought of a jungle theme with water flowing through it like a river. I like how this one turned out; it is one of my favorites.
