Katherine Grey – Osprey Outpaces the Storm
A) Ospreys have a special meaning to me. They are incredibly powerful and beautiful birds. I was recently lucky enough to observe a nest for a few days, sketching the parents as they came and went. This is an original linocut print of an Osprey inspired by those sketches. It is printed on grey handmade mulberry paper with white and black ink and a greenish-blue watercolor wash with yellow detailing.
