I’ve never heard of magnetic jade, but that’s what I was told this bead is. To me, it feels more like a big, heavy chunk of meteorite, but I’m guessing its identity will remain a mystery. There are several “eyes” carved into the stone to add interest.
There are a few small dangles hanging below - turquoise, carnelian, hippo tooth (yes, really), and a lovely old Hebron bead (made with salts from the Dead Sea.)
The pendant hangs on a sterling silver ball chain.
